“A healthy Mind in a healthy Body” with Erasmus+. The challenge is to modify and make the relation to our own personality evolve in an individual and collective approach. The actors of all ages, in more or less disabling conditions will meet and share their experiences . The outputs of these experiences (reports, articles on the blog, videos) will be collected and shared during the meeting projects, courses and congress and disseminated out. We want to support youth activeness in the fields of healthy lifestyle. Students are active in the planning, development and evaluation of the project.

First a representive of an agricultural association « Terres de liens » explains to students the aims of his association : to collect money to buy fields that are rented to farmers who want to make organic farming and to make citizens and elected people realize agricultural fields disappear.
Then students visit an organic farm which has been bought in part by this association : « Les Jardins du Nootboom ». The farmer explains her career path, why she has chosen to work in this type of farmer, what the types of vegetables she grows are, how she produces and sells them. She insists on good relationships between producers, assistance, zoning and effects on wildlife.
After that students go to an unheated greenhouse : they have to unwind rolls around tomato plants and get down stalks.
Finally, students visit the library of a home environment at Lille : the librarian presents the associations for defence of environment in the North of France, explains the aims of the home environment : to inform, to collect resources about a lot of topics (environment, nature, human rights, local, national and international solidarity, developing countries), to help people who want to create an association and to work with civic service.
A MORNING IN LILLE
We left at 8am from high school by bus. We arrived at 9am at the Nootboom farm, we met 2 persons who work in this farm, they were very welcoming. They presented us how they maintain the farm, and we asked them some questions about their investment in the farm. After, they showed us a greenhouse, and we helped the woman by tidying coils of wire.
At 11.30am we went in “Maison Régionale de l’Environnement et de la Solidarité”, we met a man who explain us what is it. It’s a document center on the environment, there were 20 000 documents. It was interesting because I didn’t know this kind of association exist.

Morning at the organic farm
Before the activity started I didn't want to go to the organic farm because I thought there will be just vegetables everywhere. But during the activity, the owners tell us everything about the advantages of an organic farm. They do this since 2015, and grow only season vegetables. They sell a basket of them to family who want it and thus, the pollution can be reduced and the family eat better quality vegetables from a local production. They change their job a lot of time before find it, and they don't win a lot of money but they are not poor. So result of this visit, I try to change my supply to be in better health and to protect nature. I learned a lots of things like we can change our job a lot of time if we believe it is not the good, and it's not we don't win a lot of money that we can't be happy.
Morning at the ''Maison régionale de l'environnement et de la solidarité''
The ''Maison régionale de l'environnement et de la solidarité'' is a organism which includes a lot of associations to protect the Earth. Into the etablishment, there were a lot documents (about 20 000) like books, magazines, comics… which tell about many subjects about the environment like sustainable development, nature, animals, vegetables and fruits, plants… It is helps people to keep the Earth in better health and not destroy it for the future generations. Sometimes they make expositions and activities for children, and they work with civic services, since young people could become volunteer in an association during 8 months to meet new people, do a good action or a transition between the student life and the working life. I think it is a good place to find sure source about environment and after this activity, I will try to better respect the planet.

I didn't really know what to expect so this morning at the ferm intrigued me especially that it was an organic farm.
During this activity I discovered that doing organic vegetables is not that complicated, during the winter Louise and Bertrand (the owners of the farm) must have some vegetables like cabbage and leeks because there greenhouse is not warmed. The sale is direct so there are no intermediaries.
In the future I will try to buy seasonal fruits and vegetables and buy them from local shop or in market

A day in LilleFriday, February 8th, our class spent a day in Lille. The morning, we discovered an organic farm in the Nooteboom, in Bailleulwhere two farmers sell all kinds of vegetables depending on the season and close to their farm. Before this morning, I thought that an organic farm should have many employees but in this one they are only two. After, we saw the Regional house of Lille environment, it runs 12 associations in the region to protect the environment ( sustainable development), this house is independent thanks to the volunteers. The afternoon, we went to the Museum of Fine arts of Lille to discovered an activity about the “body in movement” with pottery.

A morning in Lille:
On the 8th of February, we spent a day out of the high school. In the morning, we visited the Nootboom farm, which uses biological agriculture, then we went to the environment’s house in Lille. In the farm, we learnt a lot of things. We met two farmers. They are members of an association called “ Terres de liens”. It was very interesting to see how they organize their day in function of the weather, the tools they use to avoid to make everything with their handsbut to keep protecting the environment, and also the natural solutions they found to protect their vegetables. For example, they made a hedge to protect their plantations, at the same time they created a new ecosystem. In the environment’s house a man talked about the associations in the region, they encourage people to fight against the global warming, they have a library which contains about 20000 documents. It was useful because it made us understand that we can do something to help the environment, we are not alone and we can change the world. These two activities made us realize that protecting the environment is very important. We are the new generation and we have the right to do something, the right to make our voices heard. Meeting these people was very beneficial for us.
