“A healthy Mind in a healthy Body” with Erasmus+. The challenge is to modify and make the relation to our own personality evolve in an individual and collective approach. The actors of all ages, in more or less disabling conditions will meet and share their experiences . The outputs of these experiences (reports, articles on the blog, videos) will be collected and shared during the meeting projects, courses and congress and disseminated out. We want to support youth activeness in the fields of healthy lifestyle. Students are active in the planning, development and evaluation of the project.

2n ESO students talking about their feelings and preferences before creating their collages
The students are shown some images (animals, superheroes, faces...) and they have to choose different images they feel identified with by focusing especially on their emotions.
The students express their preferences and argument why they have chosen the image and afterwards in groups they create a collage and they explain it to the rest of the class.
Objectives:
-Understand other students better by sharing information about their tastes, their concerns, their emotions, etc.
-Develop closer links among students by appealing to emotions and reason.
-Open to other people. Let them know our preferences and our deeper self.
-Use actively oral communication in English (vocabulary, especially adjectives that relate to feelings, emotions, etc.)
-Improve the learning atmosphere of the class
