“A healthy Mind in a healthy Body” with Erasmus+. The challenge is to modify and make the relation to our own personality evolve in an individual and collective approach. The actors of all ages, in more or less disabling conditions will meet and share their experiences . The outputs of these experiences (reports, articles on the blog, videos) will be collected and shared during the meeting projects, courses and congress and disseminated out. We want to support youth activeness in the fields of healthy lifestyle. Students are active in the planning, development and evaluation of the project.

The students were shown a film asking teenagers to imagine their use of social media. The classroom  was divided into groups of 3 students : one French, one Spanish and English students. They had to list advantages and disadvantages of social media. They had to discuss and to decide whether social media is mainly good or bad.

They saw on a slide the effect stress on the brain. ( fright, fight freeze) and learnt that social media addiction exists because of our need to be part of a group.  Students had to come up with a list of things they can do to prevent themselves from getting stressed over social media.
For the last task , students had to draw their ideal home, but they had only a little paper and a pen no pencils no colours. The purpose of the task is to show that we are only prepared to show off our best work This activity showed students that the perfect does not exist, that one has the right to be wrong or to modify a project without being laughed at or judged.
Social media shows only perfection, it's not a reflection of reality.
