“A healthy Mind in a healthy Body” with Erasmus+. The challenge is to modify and make the relation to our own personality evolve in an individual and collective approach. The actors of all ages, in more or less disabling conditions will meet and share their experiences . The outputs of these experiences (reports, articles on the blog, videos) will be collected and shared during the meeting projects, courses and congress and disseminated out. We want to support youth activeness in the fields of healthy lifestyle. Students are active in the planning, development and evaluation of the project.

The class is divided into 8 groups of 4 students. Each group prepars its event during several sessions : documentary research on the chosen topic, researching on the means of dissemination (poster, email…), researching on how to animate the event.
The events take place over a period of 2 months, in a place within the high school chosen by each group, on the lunchtime or recreations.
The best event is rewarded according to several criteria : quality of information, effectiveness of dissemination, originality of the event, quality of the article written at the end of the event.
Before the activity started we were stressed and we thought there won’t be a lot of people. We had time in class to prepare our event. We were in a group and we had to prepare both our communication posters and other posters used for the event as a visual support.
During our event we were slighty stressed but confident because we did our best anyway. We had to speak to the people who came to see us and explain our research.
At the end, we learned about drugs in general, the risks for example. We also shared what we learned to other people in the high school.
During 3 months we created an event. Every Monday, during one hour, we worked on this event. We worked about uncommon sports in Dunkirk. Each of us worked on a sport. There were paintball, hockey on lawn, American football, sea wading and “apnéaquatir”. We did researching on many websites. We created posters that explained our topic and other ones with the contact details of the sports associations.
One week before the event, we created other posters to advertise our event. We had to ask the permission to the assistant headteacher before putting our posters in the high school.
We had to present our work during the morning and the afternoon breaks. We installed our stand in a large hallway of the high school.
About 60 people came to our event on the mornings and less on the afternoons.

Our event was about healthy food. We created posters to talk about alternativ es of fast food. We chose the cafetaria to be in a place where pupils are supposed to eat good and healthy food. We cooked pancakes to catch people's attention. It was a good idea !
Many people came to our event. It was supposed to last 30 minutes but people were still asking questions after one hour of presentation.
We think people liked it, they learned a few things. Bringing food allowed more visitors. We also presented an app which name is “Yuka”. With this, we just have to scan our food and even cosmetics and we can know their composition, if they are good for our health or not. We really liked doing this project, it was a very good experience. We were very happy because we had nice feedback.

Before starting the activity, we were pretty stressed, we thought no one would come since we were talking about sports and we all know teens aren’t really excited when it comes to sports. We were also stressed about missing some important informations while talking in front of everyone.
Organizing our event was really thoughtful, we learned it was not that easy to create the communication about an event, many people did not care about our posters. However all the seats were taken. We were surprised to see how many people were participating.
Doing this event made us want to send more messages about sports to people since the public seemed to be pretty inspired about our presentation.
