“A healthy Mind in a healthy Body” with Erasmus+. The challenge is to modify and make the relation to our own personality evolve in an individual and collective approach. The actors of all ages, in more or less disabling conditions will meet and share their experiences . The outputs of these experiences (reports, articles on the blog, videos) will be collected and shared during the meeting projects, courses and congress and disseminated out. We want to support youth activeness in the fields of healthy lifestyle. Students are active in the planning, development and evaluation of the project.

SMSL19 Environment Garden activities

The workshop was prepared in order to find new information and compare it among the students of the group.

It contained 3 main activities:

1. Students discussed the 4 main elements of life - Water, Earth, Fire, Air. These 4 elements are everywhere in nature and in our bodies and influence all our behaviour, feelings, actions, sympathy towards the others and that's why it is very important to keep these elements in balance in physical and mental life. Students also talked about signs of the zodiac and according to the date of birth, they divided into the 4 groups (according to the 4 elements) and compared their ideas about likes and dislikes in their free time. They presented their ideas in front of others.

2. Students were given the pieces of paper and a pad. Their task was to put the pad with the paper on their heads and draw a picture according to the sentences read by a teacher. Students had fun and at the same time, they could realize how important is the sight for us. 

3. In the last activity, they were given the blind map of Slovakia (French students) and France (Slovak students) and the envelope with pictures and slips of papers with some information. Their task was to read the information and pin the picture on the map in the correct place. Students learned the new facts about the country of their penpals.

Students realized the importance of balance in every sphere of life, they discovered new facts about the country realia, and developed their reading, listening, and communication skills in foreign language.
