“A healthy Mind in a healthy Body” with Erasmus+. The challenge is to modify and make the relation to our own personality evolve in an individual and collective approach. The actors of all ages, in more or less disabling conditions will meet and share their experiences . The outputs of these experiences (reports, articles on the blog, videos) will be collected and shared during the meeting projects, courses and congress and disseminated out. We want to support youth activeness in the fields of healthy lifestyle. Students are active in the planning, development and evaluation of the project.

Students gathered in a school garden where they had a workshop about healthy eating and life style with a biology teacher. The first activity was to look in the shopping basket and place all the food that had been bought in the right place in the food pyramid and realize which food is healthier. Second task was to think about their typical daily menu. With the use of the internet or hangouts they found out the energy value of each food in their menu. The total energy value was written down. The teacher stressed that energy value shouldn't be higher than 12000 kJ a day. To keep the balance it is important to live an active life, and students had to choose the activities to be done to use up all the energy from food. Their ideas were really various...from active fast cycling to long walks or hiking. Here they could clearly realize how important is to live an active life if they didn't want to put on weight and how much effort they would need to burn the fat and sugar.
Students learned that different food has different energy value and not all food is important for life in the same amount.
Students learned that balance diet and movement is the only way to be fit and healthy.
Students could compare the eating habits with their friends and try to make change for the future.
