“A healthy Mind in a healthy Body” with Erasmus+. The challenge is to modify and make the relation to our own personality evolve in an individual and collective approach. The actors of all ages, in more or less disabling conditions will meet and share their experiences . The outputs of these experiences (reports, articles on the blog, videos) will be collected and shared during the meeting projects, courses and congress and disseminated out. We want to support youth activeness in the fields of healthy lifestyle. Students are active in the planning, development and evaluation of the project.

After checking river and weather conditions before embarking on the river Hron, and be sure that the dynamic river in nature won’t change quickly, our students were divided into 4 groups of 6 persons. They took place with a guide in each boat after an explanation to initiate the needed basic strokes to manoeuvre the raft (back rowing, portegee, turning, and shipping). We chose an appropriate river classification for the first lesson of many of them.
Running a raft down the river required the ability to read water at a distance. After 30 minutes students analysed moving water and picked appropriate manoeuvres to navigate on the variety of waves of the river conditions by consulting with each other on the routes that they wished to take and the reasoning behind those choices during the activity.
Teenagers really had fun after being afraid before going on the river. The activity has developed students' ability to control and move an oar rig in white-water environments. Students understood specific rowing techniques by having them explained as well as the strokes needed to move the raft to the desired location.
