“A healthy Mind in a healthy Body” with Erasmus+. The challenge is to modify and make the relation to our own personality evolve in an individual and collective approach. The actors of all ages, in more or less disabling conditions will meet and share their experiences . The outputs of these experiences (reports, articles on the blog, videos) will be collected and shared during the meeting projects, courses and congress and disseminated out. We want to support youth activeness in the fields of healthy lifestyle. Students are active in the planning, development and evaluation of the project.

Students had experience a series of workshops which bind them together in a group. The main topic of the week is ”Bullying”. Over the course of the workshops, they stay off by gaming with the warm up in circle time style activities : they count until 21… they can say 3 numbers maximum. The one who says 21 lost and sit down until the last one win.
Students have the confidence to then take part in the drama activity.
Second exercise is to standing in for the student called and changing place with her/him.
Third is gun, teacher kills one pupil, the two others next to him/her has to kill the other quicker than the other.
Fourth is the detective, one pupil is the murderer, another one has to find who is he by watching in the middle of circle.
The idea is to know people a bit more and build friendship. Drama is the great opportunity to do that.
Last exercise as to work on the still image (Frozen moment, no actions, stay static) to see the body language and facial expression. After watching a short movie about bullying a disabled pupil, students discuss about the 5 levels of the story. After that, they describe what they are worried about. These worries form the basis of students creating mini performances about bullying they are facing and the whole group will work together to come up with positive solutions to the problem. Students have to create the 5 levels in frozen images with body language.
After the workshops, students leave knowing that other people share their fears and worries about bullying and have a number of strategies and techniques formed by the group on how to solve and manage them.
The topic was perfect to open their mind, make them creative and consider the problem.
We create articles after the event to put on the blog to share their ideas and reach out other pupils who feel isolate. Some of the performances on the blog and encourage different year group collaboration.
