“A healthy Mind in a healthy Body” with Erasmus+. The challenge is to modify and make the relation to our own personality evolve in an individual and collective approach. The actors of all ages, in more or less disabling conditions will meet and share their experiences . The outputs of these experiences (reports, articles on the blog, videos) will be collected and shared during the meeting projects, courses and congress and disseminated out. We want to support youth activeness in the fields of healthy lifestyle. Students are active in the planning, development and evaluation of the project.

Erasmus class students are split into 8 groups.
Each group chooses a European country and prepares its event during several sessions.
Each student chooses a representative « object » of the country (emblem, monument, dish, book, film, brand, sport…) and searches for information about it.
Each group creates posters to make the event known to other people, and inserts a picture of each « object » in each poster, and then displays them in different parts of the high school.
Each student creates a document written in English into which they insert the picture representing their « objects », then draw up their history and justifies the reasons why they’re representative of the chosen country. They write two questions about it for people who will attend the presentation and then they read the questions, for instance : « Now it’s up to you. Have you listened carefully ? »
The event takes place over a period of one hour during the Erasmus Days, in the high school hall. Each group has a stand, each student puts on a table a material representation of their « objects » (figurine, book, clothing, handmade object…) as well as their documents photocopied in several copies. Finally, each of them presents in French their « objects » to people and gives them the documents they created.
