“A healthy Mind in a healthy Body” with Erasmus+. The challenge is to modify and make the relation to our own personality evolve in an individual and collective approach. The actors of all ages, in more or less disabling conditions will meet and share their experiences . The outputs of these experiences (reports, articles on the blog, videos) will be collected and shared during the meeting projects, courses and congress and disseminated out. We want to support youth activeness in the fields of healthy lifestyle. Students are active in the planning, development and evaluation of the project.

Sustainable instruments

The Arts and Crafts teachers and the Music teachers from Martí Dot have worked together to produce recycled sustainable instruments. The students have painted palettes, bottles, plastic containers, cans, etc. to create musical instruments. That way they have used their artistic and musical creativity and they have given a new use to waste. Here you can see some of the results. 

The instruments have been exposed in the high school hall and students can play them freely whenever they feel like it.

The students reused cardboard tubes and they had to use pins and needles to pierce them and cross them inside. Then they added lentils and rice in order to reproduce the water sound. That way they produced their rainsticks. The sticks had to be decorated with different colours. If the sound was lowpitched it was decorated with cold colours. However, if the sound was highpitched they decorated it with warm colours
