CRAM recovers marine animals and studies the marine systems. Students were able to view some of the sea turtles that had been recovered and learn why they were remaining at the centre. They found out that through their injuries and having spent so long at the centre they were not able to return to the ocean. The oldest turtle in the centre was about 60/70 years old. The students also had a short lesson on Loggerhead turtles.
The students took part in discussions and had hands on information about the marine life at the centre.
